The relative advantages of modern cross-country technological cooperation in the context of the transition to industry 4.0

The article investigates the study of factors relative advantages cross-country technological cooperation for Republic Belarus in context transition to Industry 4.0 and identification most promising partners development cooperation. Among these factors, following were identified: degree coincidence political economic interests countries, socially agreed vision this coincidence, will leaderships countries long-term sphere based on mutual trust. As a result, it was found that Belarus, among with large economies, partnerships are Russia China, small open economies – Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia Czech Republic.
